There are three types of users within a Team:
- Team Admins: They can invite new users to the team, remove existing users, create and manage Apps and User-groups. They can also Explore Data and Create Dashboards.
- Explorers: They can just Explore Data and Create Dashboards within the Apps they are given access to. They can't do any of the above Admin operations.
- Viewers: They can just view the Dashboards they are given access to. They can neither Explore Data nor Create their own Dashboards.
There are two modes in the App:
This is where you configure your Teams, Apps, User-groups and so on. Only the Team Admins can access this section.
When you log in as a Team Admin, this is the mode you are taken to. When in User Mode, you can go to Admin mode by clicking the Switch to Admin Mode button in the Profile Menu.
This is where you can explore Data and create Dashboards. Users of all roles can access this mode.
You can go to User mode by clicking the Go to App button and selecting an App in the Profile Menu.
You can access the Profile Menu by clicking the Profile Image on the top-right corner of the Page. You can find the following buttons in that menu:
- View Profile:
To view and update your Profile details.
Any notifications can be accessed from here.
To log out of Vizard.
- Create New Team:
To create a new Team.
- Switch to Admin Mode:
To go to the Admin Mode when in User Mode.
- Go to Team:
To switch between Teams. Click it to see all the Teams you have access to.
- Go to App:
To switch between Apps within the Team. Click it to see all the Apps you have access to within the Team.
- Enable/Disable Site Tour:
To hide/show the Site Tour feature.
- Report Error:
To report any unexpected errors you encounter. This will generate a brief report with additional details about what could have gone wrong.
