To manage the Apps in your Team, go to Admin Mode and switch to the
Apps section. The Apps interface is shown below:
The various buttons in the interface are explained below:
- Use the button to create a new App.
- Use the button to delete an existing App.
- Use the button to make a copy of an existing App. Everything from the App except the Data is copied to the new App.
Configuring an App
To edit/configure any App from the above interface, click the App. It will take you to the configuration interface for the App. The configuration interface has three sections:
You can connect to your Data Sources and manage the Data Model in this section. See Connecting to Data to learn more.
In this section, you can control which Users and User-groups gets access to the App. You can also customize Access controls, Dashboard Permissions etc.
You can configure other miscellaneous settings from this section.
